GRADE Description
5 (100%)  Effort is outstanding, engages in very challenging workouts.
 Student participates the entire time.
 Workout plan is excellent with direction and focus. It
incorporates cardiovascular exercise & resistance training.
 Students’ behaviour is excellent.
 Student does an excellent job documenting their workout with
creativity.
4.75 (95%)  Effort is excellent.
 Student participates the entire time.
 Workout plan is well thought out, with direction and purpose.
 Students’ behaviour is excellent.
 Student does an excellent job documenting their workout with
creativity.
4.5 (90%)  Effort is good.
 Student participates for almost for almost entire class.
 Workout plan is very good, with direction and focus.
 Students’ behaviour is very good.
 Student does a very good job documenting their workouts with
creativity.
4- 4.25 (80%-  Effort is good
85%)  Student participates for the majority of class.
 Workout plan is good, but basic.
 Students’ behaviour is good.
 Student does a good job documenting their workouts with
creativity.
3.25-3.75 (65%-  Effort is satisfactory to poor.
75%)  Workout plan lacks direction and purpose.
 Student participates for a limited time with frequent breaks.
 Students’ behaviour needs improvement.
 Student does not do a satisfactory job documenting their
workouts with creativity.
2 (40%)  Student did not engage the entire workout.
0  Student did not submit the exam practicum.
