200 Litre Rotary Sample Divider

FRAME - The machine consists of a main frame

manufactured from RHS tube and fitted with galvanized
covers. It is mounted on 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors
complete with brakes.

DRIVE - The drive is mounted under the table and has a base
drive configuration turning a base plate on which all segments
can be mounted.

ELECTRICAL - The unit is fitted with a switch system
including a stop/start station and a mushroom emergency
stop. It will also come with 4 meters of 3 phase flex and a five
(5) pin plug ready to fit to your 415 volt outlet.

SAMPLE SEGMENTS - All sample segments will sit inside a
bottom turntable with retaining ring and will come with
handles internally or externally fitted for ease of lifting.

We supply any segment configuration up to ten (10) 1/10
segments additional segments available at an extra cost. Or
we can supply segments to suit

GUARDING - The machine will have a opening guard around
the carousel, segments and feeder protecting the operator

opened it will trip a safety switch and stop the machine. If the

MACHINE - All body components are manufactured from high

grade steel. All bins, chutes, sample segments and fasteners
are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel. The main
frame is painted with industrial grade hammer tone paint.
