1.0 GREASE INTERCEPTORS

Unless otherwise specified or indicated, grease Interceptor shall be of stainless

steel construction with dimensions as indicated on the drawings.

The grease interceptor shall be fabricated in two chambers with two separate
cover, with the first chamber for sediment trap and the second chamber for
grease interception. It must complete with perforated bucket, proper baffle
assembly and integral trap to filter sediment waste, control over water turbulence
and grease interception.

The grease interceptor must on average achieve more than 99% of grease
interception when the waste water hydraulic retention time (HRT) is about 30
minutes.

2.0 OIL INTERCEPTOR

Unless otherwise specified or indicated, oil Interceptor shall be of stainless steel

construction with dimensions as indicated on the drawings.

The design must come complete with four (4) layers of baffle screen, sediment
bucket and deep seal integral trap, to effectively intercept and separate the oil
from water. The design must also come complete with oil ‘draw off’ for channelling
and separating oil to a separate storage tank pending for periodic maintenance
disposal.

The cover of the oil interceptor shall be of gasketted air tight.
