Ari : I'm talking to Adib Musthofa, right?

Adib : Yes, I am.

Ari : And how can I suppose to call you?

Adib : Adib, please.

Ari : Ok, Adib. Let me introduce myself. I am Muzayyin Asy Syarifi. I'm the HRD Manager
of this company

Adib : Nice to meet you, Sir.

Ari : Are you ready for the employee interview today?

Adib : Yes, I do

Ari : First, how would you know the information about job vacancy of the company?

Adib : I know it from MakinMahir.id Youtube Channel on section Loker Mahir. Kwoning it is
just make me excited to applied the vacancy.

Ari : So, what makes you interested to apply as a Legal Staff in this company?

Adib : I'm interested to apply because I graduated from Faculty of Law Walisongo Islamic
University with Cumlaude GPA 3.74. I also have skills and some internship experiences
to promote my ability.

Ari : Alright. So, could you tell me about skills or experience you have

Adib : I have organized some Legal Documents from previous company. I also researched
about latest legal resource in order to make company regulation remains in accordance
with legal rules.
Ari : Great. Anyway, can you tell me your strengths and weaknesses point?

Adib : Of course. My main qualification is my skills and experiences. I also have something
else bigger; it is my spirit and my responsibility to my job. I am also a conscientious
person which can help me doing my job correctly. My only shortcoming is that I'm not a
sociable person, although it doesn't mean that I refuse to socialize with others

Ari : Well, it was an amazing time to meet and talk about many things with you. I'll
reconsider the result of this interview. And hopefully you are the person we are looking

Adib : Well, Sir. Can you tell me how long for the company to inform to me the result of this
interview?

Ari : Maybe 10 to 14 days, we still have some candidates to interview so we need some time
to make the right decision. We will send you an email about the result at that period
