Public Statement

Quinton Group Sdn Bhd (“Quinton Group”) refers to the public announcement dated 14 January 2022
(“Public Statement”) pertaining to the recent libelous/slanderous statement made against Quin Reward
on the social media pages/groups, WeChat groups, Whatsapp groups, and/or private chat groups which
is grossly defamatory in nature.

Following the Public Statement on 14 January 2022, Quinton Group has appointed solicitors from a
prominent legal firm, Zaid Ibrahim & Co. to seek clarification and/or commence any further legal actions
against the individual making the alleged defamatory statements. The letter of the said legal firm is
enclosed in Appendix 1 for reference.

In furtherance to the statement above, Zaid Ibrahim & Co will act for Quinton Group to commence legal
proceedings against any entity who disseminate or release any defamatory statements against Quinton
Group and/or Quin Reward.

Quinton Group expressly reserves its rights therein.

/群组、微信群组、Whatsapp 群组上针对 Quin Reward 所作出的诽谤/诽谤声明和/或具有严重诽谤性质
的私人聊天组）。

鉴于 2022 年 1 月 14 日的严厉声明，桥格集团已委托马来西亚著名律师楼，Zaid Ibrahim & Co. 的律师

团，以针对对做出诽谤性言论的个人采取澄清或进一步的法律行动。该律师事务所的函件已附件于
Appendix 1 以供参考。

再次声明，Zaid Ibrahim & Co. 将代表桥格集团执行一切在网络或社交媒体上散播虚假或虚构而导致公

司品牌或名誉受损的一切民事控诉。

桥格集团保留一切法律的追究权力。
