To Whom It May Concern:

I am honored to recommend Jing Lu as a new graduate nurse. As Jing’s clinical instructor I

found her to be hardworking and eager to learn. She is safe in her practice, inquisitive in her
questioning, and uses critical thinking to solve complex problems. She is naturally
compassionate and caring and adaptable to many situations. Jing is focused and excited to
become a nurse. She shows great leadership through engagement in every aspect of the
nursing program. Her desire to achieve has led her far in the nursing program and helps her
peers along the way.

Jing takes every opportunity to learn available while going the extra mile to ensure safe
practice. She consistently puts theory into her clinical practice as a student, bridging the gap
between the classroom and the clinical setting. Jing was consistently on time with all work
completed, she was eager to help her assigned nurse at the clinical site and looked for
opportunities to remain engaged with learning. She is an extremely gifted student that worked
hard in every aspect. Jing was prepared for didactic seamlessly applying her knowledge from
classroom to clinical. She sought opportunities everywhere she went! Jing would be an
outstanding addition to your nursing team.
