Evidence: Something I will always treasure

On my fifteenth birthday my father gave me a ring.

That ring is my great treasure since it was something I asked for a lot for my
fifteenth birthday. They gave it to me at a surprise party that my family organized
on December 2, 1999. Since then I have kept it, since my father passed away I feel
that it is like my amulet, the ring is gold, it has silver stones and it says my
fifteenth , I always take great care of it and try to never lose it or have it stolen, as
this would be fatal for me due to its sentimental value. On one occasion I thought
of selling the ring since I had many debts and I wanted to get out of them but my
husband made me realize that it was not just a ring, it was a treasure that my
father had given me with a lot of effort and that, like him, it is not alive, I must
continue to preserve it as I have for so many years.
