makes me uniquely qualified to complete my work even under challenging

my ability to see all sides of an issue will make me a great asset to the team.
MY WEAKNESS
My greatest weakness is that sometime I’m about as focus too much on the
details of a project and spend too much time analyzing the finer points. I’ve
been striving to improve in this area by checking in with myself at regular
intervals and giving myself a chance to refocusing on the bigger picture. That
way I can still ensure quality without getting so caught up in the details that it
affects my productivity or the team’s ability to meet the deadlines.
Honestly I possess all the skills and experience that you’re looking for. I’m

education, level of experience and with other commitments I have at the
moment. Now more than anything else, I seek the stability. It would be great to
get a chance to realize my ambitions in your company and I find it the best
possible fit to my career goals.
I’m directly motivated by seeing the results of my efforts. I enjoy every aspect
which makes me happier than seeing the actual working prototype. That’s why I’m
driven to be hands on every step of the way and why I’m so focused on quality
control.
I’m excited to see there’s of opportunity in this position. Being able to build my skills
and continue to develop in a growing company is important to me and there seems to
be long term opportunities here.
HOW YOU HANDLE STRESS?
DESCRIBE A CHALLENGE
There was a situation at one of my previous job where a few of our managers
were let go. And I was quickly given a promotion into one of their positions.
Soon after, I was asked to let another colleague of mine go. I t was something
I’ve never done before. When I sat down with the colleague I told them this
was the first time I’ve ever had to do this. A nd that was quite difficult for me.
But I had to let them go. They understood and they appreciated my
honesty and recognized that it was simply a layoff for and not a termination.
My ultimate goal is to gain valuable insight and experience that will help me in
the future. I plan to bulid on the skills I learn in this job and develop a clear
picture of where I see myself professionally over several years working with
the company.

improvement in my personal life. I’m always looking to challenge myself
and learn new things. I’ve learn great in communication skills, listening skills
and problem solving skills that help me in my day- to- day work but also in
my personal life in terms of confidence.
At the moment I’m trying to improve my leadership skills so that I’m able to
manage larger game in this team. I’ve also hope to improve my communication
and public speaking skills. I really want to be a proactive and valuable team

I am looking for the company where I not only enjoy what I am doing but I can also grow into
