We are looking for sales superstars to connect with potential customers by developing business
strategies and building client relationships to meet the organization’s sales.

 Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
 Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key

 Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate data to superiors
External:
 Understanding the needs of potential customers and providing solution to generate revenue
 Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their
performance
 Showing appreciation and respect with effective communication for strengthening the values of
the business
