Internal:
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key
demographics
Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate data to superiors
External:
Understanding the needs of potential customers and providing solution to generate revenue
Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their
performance
Showing appreciation and respect with effective communication for strengthening the values of
the business
