RFP for Widening to 2- Lane with Paved Shoulder including replacement of Culverts and
Bridges from km 0.00 to km 44.00 (Kuru to Ghaghra Section) of NH-143A in the state of
Jharkhand on EPC Mode under NH Division, Ranchi (Job No.-NH-143A-JHR-2019-
20/286). The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through Chief Engineer, National
Highway Wing, Jharkhand, Ranchi is engaged in the development of National Highways and
as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake Widening to 2- Lane with Paved
Shoulder including replacement of Culverts and Bridges from km 0.00 to km 44.00 (Kuru
to Ghaghra Section) of NH-143A in the state of Jharkhand on EPC Mode (Job No.-NH-
143A-JHR-2019-20/286) [Kuru to Ghaghra Section of NH-143A] through an Engineering,
Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.
[The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways/ State Public Works Department/ Border Road
represented by its DG(RD)&SS/ CE (NH) PWD State] now invites bids from eligible
contractors for the following project:

IST). Bidder must submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid at https://
eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app on or before 20.01.2021 (upto 15:00 Hrs). Bids received online
shall be opened on 21.01.2021 (at15:30 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Securing Declaration,
(Appendix – II) receipt of document fee, Power of Attorney and Joint Bidding Agreement etc.
shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before 21.01.2021 (at 12:30 hours IST),
