ACCUSED, through undersigned and unto the Honorable

Court, most respectfully avers as follows:

BY WAY OF NOTICE OF ENTRY OF APPEARANCE

1. The undersigned counsel most respectfully enters his

appearance as counsel for the accused and henceforth pray that
all notices, orders, resolutions, and other court processes be
furnished to him at his office address at:

Aliping, Fernandez, Duque, Perez, and Narcida

Law Offices.
Room 202, Jose Miguel Building, #1 Yandoc
Street, cor. Labsan Street, Baguio City;

BY WAY OF MOTION TO RESET

2. Further, counsel most respectfully prays for the resetting of the

hearing date scheduled on August 16, 2022 considering that the
services of the undersigned was only engaged today;

3. Considering further that the undersigned would need time to

coordinate with and interview the witnesses of the accused who

 will be travelling from Kalinga to Baguio City, it is most
respectfully prayed that the next hearing date be scheduled by
the first week of September 2022, preferably September 6, 2022
if the calendar of the Honorable Court would allow;

4. This Motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of the case

but only for the reasons stated herein;

NOW THEREFORE, undersigned most respectfully prays that

the foregoing Notice of Entry of Appearance be noted by the Honorable
Court and that all court processes be henceforth furnished at his office
address provided herein, and the foregoing Motion to Reset be
GRANTED and reasons stated herein be noted and GRANTED by the
Honorable Court.

Other reliefs, just and equitable under the premises, are likewise
prayed for.
