Hi Adam,

How are you? I hope you`re well. Thanks for ask me about how to improve your eating habits,
i really want to help you on your new eating habits, so i funded this infographic which talk
about the Mediterranean diet. I`m gonna explain you this type of diet.
In the Mediterranean diet there are different kinds of meal that you have to consume in
different frequency of time, in the pant-based the foods that you have to eat all time: like
pasta, vegetables, bread, cereal or fruit. Then you have to eat frequently: fish or seafood, and
sometimes you can eat eggs, chiken, yogurt or potatoes.
The last meal that you hardly ever have to eat is red met and kinds of sweets, you can replace
this eating fruit or nuts. It`s also important to do activitities, sports or work outs. The last one
thing is to drink about 7 glasses of wáter every day and more on hot days.
