About The Role
Job Title: Product Manager, Helpwise
Location: India – Remote / Noida (optional to work from office)
Preferred Qualifications:
● Undergraduate from a Tier 1 college
● Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college (preferred)
● 2-4 years of experience as Product Manager / Product Analyst
● Any tech / engineering experience and background is preferred

Responsibilities You’ll Shoulder

● Develop and define product roadmap and feature concepts
● Work with engineering team to communicate release goals
● Interface with Sales and Success teams to identify product gaps and evangelize new
features
● Closely work with marketing teams to come up with campaigns to drive growth
● Manage the product development lifecycle; develop detailed functional specifications for
existing and new products
● Work on integration strategy with other SaaS Labs products

Skills You’ll Need

● Ability to manage cross functional relationships at Helpwise with engineering, design,
Success, Sales, and marketing
● Ability to conceptualize and convey value proposition
● Strong customer Focus
● Strong execution skills - Ability to handle obstacles and roadblocks
● Good understanding of research methodologies
