Please be reminded that my client has personally demanded you to pay your back rentals and to vacate the premises but the same effort have been left unanswered, Consider this then, as my client's last and final demand for you to pay your account within five (5) days from receipt and to VACATE the premises within ten (10) days from receipt of this notice. Otherwise, the undersigned shall be constrained to commence suit to protect her client's interests, Let this final demand letter and notice to vacate be furnished to the respective Barangay Chairman of Bray.
