Dear Ms. Vicente,

It has been four (4) months since you have last paid your full rental payment to
my client MR. JIMMY C. DIANO, and still you have failed to pay and still
refuses to pay your arrears which have now amounted to FORTY THOUSAND
AND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P 40,500.00) exclusive of electricity usage and
damages.

Please be reminded that my client has personally demanded you to pay your
back rentals and to vacate the premises but the same effort have been left
unanswered. Consider this then, as my client’s last and final demand for you to
pay your account within five (5) days from receipt and to VACATE the premises
within ten (10) days from receipt of this notice. Otherwise, the undersigned shall
be constrained to commence suit to protect her client’s interests.

Let this final demand letter and notice to vacate be furnished to the respective
Barangay Chairman of Brgy. Shilan, La Trinidad, Benguet and Brgy.
Ambassador, Tublay, Benguet, for their information and reference.
