FINDINGS AND DISCUSSIONS

A. Findings
To make research data, students filled out a questionnaire via google form and were
interviewed using the WhatsApp application via voice notes. This study aims to determine
the factors that affect students' low self-confidence in English speaking skills in class
interactions.
