Modern Slavery Policy

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such
as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all of which have in
common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another to exploit them for personal or commercial
gain. The company prohibits these practices and is committed to conducting its business in an ethical
manner, affording its people respect and promoting their self-worth.

This policy applies to all persons working for the company or on our behalf in any capacity, including
employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, interns, contractors, external consultants,
third-party representatives, and business partners.

IGSSL has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically
and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing
effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own
business or in any of our supply chains. We are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our
approach to tackling modern slavery throughout the company and supply chains, consistent with our
disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We expect the same high standards from
all our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.

The company directors and senior management are responsible for implementing this policy
statement and its objectives and shall provide adequate resources and learning to all staff and
employees to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is prevented within the organisation and its
supply chains.

The Head of Compliance and Assurance has overall responsibility for ensuring the communication of
and compliance with our legal and ethical obligation. Management is responsible for implementing
this policy, monitoring its use and effectiveness, dealing with any queries about it, and auditing
internal control systems and procedures to ensure they are effective in countering modern slavery.

Modern Slavery Policy Guidelines

The prevention, detection, and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply
chains is the responsibility of all those working for us or under our control, including employees at all
levels, directors, officers, agency workers, interns, contractors, external consultants, third-party
representatives, and business partners.

Your Individual Responsibility

You are required to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy. Modern
slavery encompasses any action that leads to the deprivation of a person's liberty by another to
exploit them for personal or commercial gain, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory
labour, and human trafficking.

You are required to attend and complete any training on this policy, and on the risk our business
faces from modern slavery in its supply chains, that is provided.

You are required to communicate our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery to all suppliers,
contractors, and business partners at the outset of our business relationship with them and
reinforce as appropriate thereafter.

You are encouraged to raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery in any parts of
our business or supply chains of any supplier tier at the earliest possible stage.

Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal
for misconduct or gross misconduct.

All IGSSL employees and related personnel must report any incidents or concerns they have
regarding possible violations of this policy by members of staff, whether in the Company or not, via
the established reporting procedures, and are obliged to cooperate with internal and external
investigations.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

We are committed to implementing and enforcing transparent, effective systems and controls to
