I am M.Mahaansh Reddy from BTECH 2021 batch. I'm writing to inform you of the issues we're
dealing with in the mess. Previously, the food was excellent in terms of quality and taste, and we had
no issues with food served in the mess. However, after one week, the food quality was poor, and the
food served in the mess was bland in terms of spice and saltiness. This is a problem that many
students face, not just myself.

I'm hoping you'll look into it and instruct your staff to be more welcoming and to listen to students'
complaints. Also, leave out any dishes that your cook isn't particularly skilled at preparing.
