Email Signature Guidelines

One of the most noticeable ways to present a consistent and respected image of DXC is
through our daily communications. Our mandatory signature guidelines are a small step that
helps us achieve a universal and consistent identity. As you see below, we have provided
multiple options, which can be customized as necessary. Please note that the use of a logo with
external email providers can be problematic at times. Images occasionally become distorted or
show up as attachments. If you encounter this issue, you have the option to leverage multiple
signatures, both with and without the logo.

In jurisdictions that require it, the company registration number and other pertinent details such
as disclaimers should be added below DXC Technology.

Steps to implement the new email signature format:

1. Open your Signature settings in Outlook, edit your existing signature or create a new
one, and then copy/paste from the examples above and update with your information.
1. PC: Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures > Edit > OK.
2. Mac: In the Outlook menu, select Preferences > Signature > Edit > Save.

2. Font should be Arial 11pt.

3. By default, all links should be black, though this may be overridden by the recipient’s
email client.
4. DXC Technology should be in purple (R:95 G:36 B:159 or #5F249F).
5. The social media links are hyperlinked to our primary DXC Technology social channels.
If you wish to change this to your group or professional Twitter or LinkedIn account, feel
free to do so.
6. Remove any elements you are not using.
7. Remove asterisk symbols.

Pronouns
Celebrating International Pronouns Day. DXC supports an inclusive culture and we are now
including the option of adding your pronouns to your email signature. Example pronouns:
she/her, him/his, they/them, ze/hir, ze/zir, xe/xem. Feel free to visit pronounsday.org for more
resources and a list of pronouns.

Logos and Images

Do not include non-DXC logos, graphic files, animation, script-based signatures, quotes, or
personal messages in the signature. As with all our communications, we strive for a bold, clean,
and simple brand. Adding extra items to your signature conveys the opposite while also
increasing the file size of your email. Images may also appear as attachments to your
recipients.
Internal organizational structure
Include only signature information that is relevant to the outside world (i.e., customers,
prospects). It is not necessary to fully portray our internal organization structure to outside
parties. We are DXC wherever we work.

Promotion/Campaign Message and Social Media Links

The optional promotion/campaign and Social Media section is available if you want to include a
link to a current marketing campaign, specific industry, offering, or geographic page on
DXC.com. The social media sites listed must be for professional purposes only. You may either
link to our DXC Corporate, Regional, or Group-specific pages.

Third Parties
Contractors and subcontractors that use DXC email addresses should follow the DXC email
signature guidelines. The Group section should name the entity they are associated with. If they
have both a DXC email address and a different one for their direct employer, they should have
separate signatures for each and not combine them into one. Contractors and subcontractors
that work for DXC and do not have DXC email addresses should follow their company’s
signature format and not include the DXC logo.
