Undertaking of the Vehicle Take Over

I confirm that at the time of the signing of this agreement I am working as a ______________
with Maxim Agri (Pvt) Limited (hereafter referred as “Company”).
I understand that The Company is providing me with the following vehicle to carry out my
official duties and may withdraw this facility at any time at its own discretion.
The car has been handed over to me in good condition and I solemnly undertake to take good
care of the vehicle including, but not limited to, the following:
1. Regular maintenance of the Vehicle:
a. Engine Oil Change after 3000 to 3500 kilometers
b. Oil Filter change after 3000 to 3500 kilometers
c. Air Filter change after 3000 to 3500 kilometers
d. Tuning after 10000 Kilometers
3 Regularly check tyre air pressure
4 Regularly check shocks and suspension
5 Regularly check battery and radiator water
6 Regularly check breaks and clutch plate
7 Regularly check wheel bearing
8 Regularly check gear oil and break oil
9 Regularly check plugs

If I am found negligent in maintaining the car/motorbike given to me and if the Company finds
the negligence during repair or random checks, at Company’s sole discretion I will be held
responsible for the cost of the repair as follows:
First time within one budget year: 50% of the cost of repair

Second time within the same budget year: 75% of the cost of repair.

Also in case of an insurance claim, I understand that I will have to pay the following:

a. Any mechanical fault and damage to interior of vehicle

b. Above the limit assigned by insurance Company.

The Company can deduct these from my salary and in case of larger amount, the Company can
use the security cheque which I have provided as per the following details:

confirm that at the time of the signing of this agreement I am working as a ______________
with Maxim Agri (Pvt) Limited (hereafter referred as “Company”).

I hereby agree that cheque of Rs.________ will be returned to me along with my final
settlement, after termination by the Company or voluntary resignation of my employment with
the Company, provided I have cleared all outstanding dues and returned all Company assets
provided to me for the duration of the employment.

The Company can deduct these from my salary and in case of larger amount, the Company can
use the security cheque which I have provided as per the following details:
