Registrants may be asked to provide an official letter of university support. Unregistered groups or applicants who
have not paid the registration fee or are unable to demonstrate university support will not receive assistance. All
costs for a visa and for attending the conference are the responsibility of the applicants. Payment of fees does not
guarantee immediate processing of your invitation letter.

After completing your registration form and paying the registration fee, provide the information requested using
the table below. On the advice of consular officers, each university/group is issued one letter for the entire group
(demonstrating you are part of a larger group). Collect all the information for your entire delegation before
submitting this form.

withdrawn from the conference.
