Celeste: Hi Andrea, how are you, sorry to bother you, are you feeling well?

Andrea: Why do you ask Celeste; do I look bad?

Celeste: I mean, you look a bit down, like you're in pain.

Andrea: The truth is that I'm sad because my dog died, her name was Sky, she
was a cute dog, playful and not yet a year old, but I loved her very much, I'm
devastated and heartbroken, I just came from the funeral of my dog.

Celeste: Oh how sorry I am, Andrea, but I want you to know that I am with
you here to be your support in case you need someone to share your sadness
and grief with; I also lost my dog a few days ago, her name was Mila, and I was
very sad and heartbroken, but I can tell you that even if we cry they will not
come back, but we can remember them forever, and if you want, let me give
you a souvenir of her image, I know how to draw and I could make you a
drawing of her, you just have to give me a picture of Sky and you can
remember her and also have her next to your bed. Don't limit yourself in your
emotions, crying helps us to release the sorrows that we keep in our souls.
