Guro21 Course Class Learner Principal I
REFLECTION ON MY PERSONAL LIFELONG LEARNING PLAN (PLLP)

As mentors, lifelong learning can improve our understanding of the world around us, provide us with more and better opportunities, and
improve our overall quality of life. My role as a facilitator in lifelong learning is to teach lessons in a way that engages my students so that they
have the best chance of developing their skills to their full potential.
This Personal Lifelong Learning Plan has been a tremendous help to me in evaluating and assessing my needs as a 21st century teacher.
This also serves as my personal guide for honing my skills as an educator in order to meet the unique needs of my students. Throughout the creation
of my PLLP, I discovered some self-learning activities that can be of great assistance in developing my qualities of a 21st literacy skills and
identified some barriers that hinder on situations that are very visible in the workplace.
Knowing the potential barriers to mastering these literacy skills, I have identified some solutions to alleviate my concerns. I must
admit that this is the first time I've created a personal lifelong learning plan, and I found it difficult because I had to consider a lot of factors
while balancing my career and plan in order to avoid future complications and failures in making this plan a reality. I carefully plan and select
meaningful and substantial activities to improve/enhance all competencies, taking into account the time, support, and resources required for the
plan's success. With this endeavor to achieve set goals and plans that aim to improve my capacity to become worthy 21st century teachers for my
students, obstacles and challenges are to be expected along the way, and I am learning to overcome them.
We now live in a high-tech world; I need to stay current on the latest technologies and how to use them as a meaningful teaching tool.
Technology can make things easier and provide a flood of information about new trends and ideas that are extremely beneficial to the learning
process. Furthermore, by enrolling in online courses such as this one (SEAMEO INNOTECH Guro21 Course 1), my social and emotional skills
are gradually improving. I know that my Personal Lifelong Learning Plan will be a success if I can stay on the cutting edge of technology while
using technology to keep my students and myself engaged in the teaching and learning arena.

It is a significant challenge for me, but with the support of my School Head and the assistance of my students, co-teachers, and other
trusted individuals, I am confident that I can carry out this plan. I agree with the philosopher Socrates when he said, "The unexamined life is not
worth living." With this PLLP, I had the opportunity to examine, explore, and discover new ideas, concepts, different points of view, and
perceive the world of teaching with an open mind. I am positive and confident that this Personal Lifelong Learning Plan that I created will not
remain a plan. I will carry out this plan to the best of my ability, and it will serve as a guide for my personal and professional growth.
