Job Description- Sales & Marketing Intern

Roles & Responsibilities  Gap analysis in traditional and digital sales channel
 Managing category wise sales and forecast
 YBP as per geographical expansion plan
 FMCG industry analysis at category level vs internal sales projection
 Yearly sales and forecast planning at byte and area level.
 Planning contribution margin at Unit level vs sales trend aligned with Yearly P&L.
 Train and mentor sales team on sales hygiene
 Tracking Customers pareto and retention at pan India level
 Planning performance marketing based on Segmentation and ARPU to get desired Bottom line.

Skill Set Requirement  Have first principles approach towards any problem.
 Are Humble to accept mistakes and work collaboratively to find answers
 Analytical bent of bend and inclination towards problem solving.
 Collaborate with the sales and engineering team to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms
 Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
 Keep updated on industry and market trends
