1. Este teste detecta a amplificação de fragmento do gene E do genoma do SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-2019).
2. O resultado Não Detectado não descarta a presença do vírus em concentração inferior ao limite de detecção do teste, o que pode ocorrer nos dias iniciais da
infecção e em portadores assintomáticos.
3. Este teste foi validado analiticamente com RNA dos vírus da SARS e SARS-CoV-2 preparados pela Universidade Charité de Berlim/Alemanha e fornecidos pelo
European Virus Archive Global (EVAg).
4. É importante correlacionar o resultado deste exame com o quadro clínico, radiológico e outros achados laboratoriais do paciente.
