We offer to be employed as the Independent Testing and Inspection Agent (IIA) by the
Government of HKSAR, and submit herewith our Staff Proposal as stated below and agree to
comply with all the conditions as stipulated in the “Conditions and Payment of Fees for the
Services”.

* If any member of the proposed staff does not meet the minimum qualifications and experience, we
understand that our offer will automatically be invalidated.

In case the above personnel cannot carry out the duties as stipulated in the “Conditions and
Payment of Fees for the Services”, we will deploy appropriate substituting staff(s) subject to
your prior written approval.
