The Principals (All Government and Non-Government Colleges (with teaching fa coming under Higher Education Department} Dateline for collection of admission fees from First Year U.G. & P.G. students freshly admitted in Universities and Colleges for the Academic Session 2022-23- regarding Madam/Sir, In inviting a reference to the subject cited above, | am directed to inform you that, collection of admission fees from First Year U.G. & P.G. students (Freshly admitted) for the session 2022-23 will be held as per the timelines mentioned below: For Student 1. Students who were finally admitted in Phase-l admission process and not willing to apply again in Phase-ll process have to deposit their admission fees from 14.10.2022 to 31.10.2022 directly at the admitted HEls in online mode. Similarly, Students who will be finally admitted in Phase-II admission process have to deposit their admission fees from 01.11.2022 to 15.11.2022 directly at the admitted HEIs in online mode (Net Banking/Bank Challan/NEFT) only. Cash transaction is strictly prohibited. For P.G. Students: 2. Students who were finally admitted in Phase-I admission process (1* selection & 2™ selection) and who will be finally admitted in SPOT selection process have to deposit their admission fees from 17.10.2022 to 15.11.2022 directly at the admitted HEls in online mode (Net Banking /Bank Challan/NEFT) only. Cash transaction is strictly prohibited. 3. After successful payment, money receipts should be handed over to the students. PIC.4, The non-payment of admission fees within the dateline will lead to cancellation of admission. 5. The Higher Education Institutions can also collect the Hostel fees from the desired students (both U.G. & P.G.) within the dateline. 6. Once the student deposits the requisite admission fees within the dateline, the HEIs have to update the payment details in their SAMS e-Space. After updating the same, the admission of provisionally admitted students shall be confirmed and accordingly it will be reflected in the Admission Register. 7.
