Peter’s Journey
Peter will begin his journey at 08:30am as this will help utilise his time as he has trouble walking, this
should give him at least 20 minutes to spare in case he needs help preparing himself before he walks
in. His journey will go as follows:
● He will leave at 08:00 and walk to Manor House which is roughly a 40-minute walk for
Peter
● He will continue along Beatrice Road before turning left onto Oakfield Road and carrying
on. Then he will turn left onto Upper Tollington Park before taking another slight left
onto Tollington Park, he will then take a slight right and carry on before taking another
slight left onto Seven Sisters Road)
● He will then get onto the underground using the lifts installed for those less able to walk
and go via the Piccadilly Line to Anos Grove
● He will ride 3 stops (Turnpike Lane Underground Station, Wood Green Underground
Station, Bounds Green Underground Station) which will take roughly 11 minutes
● He will then get onto the 34 bus to Fitzjohn Avenue and get off at High Barnet Station,
this will take roughly 30 minutes as he is going during rush hour
● He will walk to 999 Elm Road, Barnet
● This section consists of continuing along High Street before taking a left onto Fitzjohn
Avenue, then a right onto Orchard Road. Then he will, once again, take another right
onto Elm Road where he will reach his destination. This will take Peter roughly 15
minutes
● This journey will cost him £3.15

The journey above requires Peter to take the underground as well as the bus, the journey I will now
go onto describing will consist of only the bus.
● Peter will walk to Crouch Hill Station
● This part of the journey requires him to Continue along Beatrice Road, turn right on to
Oakfield Road, turn left on to Cornwall Road, turn right on to Lancaster Road, take a
slight left onto Lancaster Road, turn left onto Stapleton Hall Road, take a slight right on
to Crouch Hill. This will take him roughly 40 minutes
● Then he will take the W7 bus to Muswell Hill
● He will ride 8 stops which will take roughly 15 minutes and get off at Grosvenor Gardens
● Where he will take a 10 minute walk to Muswell Hill
● He will then take the 234 to Barnet Church
● He will ride 29 stops. This will take approximately 30 minutes
● He will get off at High Barnet Station where he will walk to his destination which will
take him 15 minutes.
● This journey will cost Peter £1.55 and give him 10 minutes to spare.
