I am excited to inform that I already got a schedule for visa stamping. My visa interview in on
November 3, 2022 at 8:15 AM. With this, I also bought plane ticket and booked a hotel in
Manila on November 2.

I am thrilled to get started working in so after the interview, when

approved, I plan to immediately process the POEA Clearance to exit the country. Therefore, I am
writing to request the following later.

1. Original copy of Employment Contract

2. Original Copy of Labor Condition Application and Notice of Action

3. Company Profile, Business License/Commercial Registration of the Business

A. Employment Offer
B. Contract Verification and Authentication
C. Copy of Passport
D. Copy of my visa which I would send after my interview
E. Employer's Information Card ( Form #3)
F. License to Operate
E. Picture of representative or HR

The lawyer's office stated they may, depending on the situation, put you in touch with an exit
agency. However, if you give me with the required papers, I would be more than happy to file
the paperwork locally. Additionally, Ms. , a friend of mine who works at
High School, has indicated a desire to assist with the procedure.

The above requested documents can be mailed to my home address.
