communication with other students to share knowledge and ideas. Consider
engaging in creative expression as a way to release unproductive emotions if you
find it tough to deal with feelings of isolation and detachment. It's one of the most
effective ways to soothe the nervous system under stress and to avoid lack of
communication skill. You can sing, dance, or draw.
Lastly, parents and kids may occasionally both be working from home. Although
adults are subject to many of the same stresses and anxieties as teenagers, it is
crucial for parents to provide a positive example for their children at home. Set a
good example, even though it could be difficult at times of increased stress and
uncertainty. Keep a positive outlook and promote civil discourse within the family.
Young people and teenagers still rely on their parents for support and direction.
Encouragement and optimism should be offered. The mental health of your entire
family can significantly improve by cultivating a happy attitude in your home.
