Reminders:
• The presentation should be not more than 5 mins.
• The presentation should be PRE-RECORDED and should be played
during the Presentation time slot.
• Each group will have 5 mins video presentation and 15 mins for
panels’ clarification and suggestions.
• Kindly observe time wisely.

* During presentation, you may just choose 1 groupmate to present. It

is expected that there will be distribution of tasks within the group
since grading will be by group.
Things to prepare:
• Manuscript, which should be given to the panel members at least 5
days before the presentation so they could have time to read.
• Power point presentation
• Recording of the presentation
• Yourself

Note: Make sure to provide your adviser a copy of your paper and have
consulted with him/her prior to the defense.
