● Domina and Oceana! Welcome to the Matcha Fam!! Everyone, make sure you
introduce yourself and say hi as you see them training around the cafes.

● Canal Team! Canal was visited by DOH on Friday and received an easy A. This is
all thanks to your hard work and dedication to keeping up to DOH standards.

This weeks Delivery Schedule
● Tuesday: Pastries + bins to mulberry
○ 12:30pm from Canal to Mulberry, Whole Foods, Clean Market
● Wednesday: Kitchen delivery + Mulberry/kitchen supplies
○ 12pm from Canal to Mulberry, Canal, Whole Foods, Clean Market
● Thursday: AM bin return/ PM Pastries + Wf & CM supplies
○ AM: Bin return - 8:30am from CM to WF, Mulberry, Canal
○ PM: Pastries & Supplies - 12:30pm from Canal to Mulberry, WF, CM
● Friday: Kitchen Delivery
○ 12:30pm from Mulberry to Canal, WF, CM

Drink Making Tips/ Things to Remember
● When placing the whisk back into the whisk holder, please be sure you are
taking care in how it’s going on. Whisks have been breaking from improper
care in placing them onto their holders.
● Milk steaming should stop when the pitcher is too hot to keep your hand on it.
I know we all have different tolerances on what is too hot, but by rule of thumb
if your milk has started steaming it is too hot and at risk of being burnt and
will not taste right. If you are concerned about your milk temperatures please
see myself or a shift lead for help.
● Make sure we are securing the caps on all milk bottles so when we go to shake
them the milk doesn’t fly everywhere.
