November Sales Contest
● Whichever top three baristas sell the most Essential Sets this month will
receive a $50 gift card.

Leaf Program/ Discounts
● Our loyalty program is super important to bring up to all customers.
○ Making sure everyone is checking in
○ Making sure new customers are signing up
● There are rewards available that are higher than the free drink. They are as
follows:
○ Free Drink (10 Leaves)
○ Free Bottled Drink (13 Leaves)
○ Free tin of matcha (30 Leaves)
○ Free Essentials Set (50 Leaves)
○ Free 100G bag of Hikari (60 Leaves)
○ Free 100G bag of Kiwami (70 Leaves)
● Discounts should be given to only select customers who are in the discount
category.
○ I.e Neighborhood discount (10% off) is not for customers who live in the
neighborhood, it is for customers who work in the surrounding

Quick (but important!) housekeeping
● Make sure we continue taking names for every order (especially important
during a rush!).
● All holiday time off requests need to be logged into WIW by November 15.
● The pumpkin Loaf is now changed to a Pumpkin Muffin. It is still logged into
Square as “Pumpkin Loaf”. Let’s make sure we are logging it in as so even
though the name has changed.

Clean Market ONLY

● Steph and Linnea have asked us to make a note on having their respect as
managers of their store just as you would any of our employees. We are in
their space and need to listen and take direction from them as we would with
anyone else here at Matchaful.
