The training design process refers to a systematic approach for developing


training programs.
 The seven steps in the process are:
 Conducting Need Assessment
 Ensuring Employees' Readiness for Training
 Creating a Learning environment
 Ensuring transfer of training
 Developing an evaluation plan
 Monitoring and Evaluating
 Choosing suitable traditional training tools & combining them with e-
learning.
Instructive System Design (ISD) is a process for designing and developing
instructional systems. It includes analysis, design, development,
implementation, and evaluation. Training design is effective only if it helps
employees reach instructional or training goals. Measurable learning
objectives should be identified before the training program begins.
Evaluation plays an important part in choosing a training method, monitoring
the quality of training and suggesting changes to the training design process.
The term Talent Management refers to the systematic, planned, and strategic
attempt by a company to use human resource management practices.
