The Liqui Yor agrees to put the Purchaser in absolute possession of the Asset. 3. The Purchaser has fulfilled the eligibility criteria described in the e-Auction Process Document for purchase of Asset of “Lee! Hence, by applying the below mentioned notification in respect of sale of company as a going concern as per SI. No. 2 of the Notification no. 12/2017 - Central Tax (Rate) dated 28th June, 2017 (similar notification of Chhattisgarh State Notification No, 12/2017 SGST (Rate) dated 28 th June, 2017) is exempted. No. 2 of the above Notification is reproduced as under:- “Service by way of transfer of a going concern, as a whole or an Independent part thereof”- No GST has been applied on the said transaction. 8.
