because it’s good for you.

often very hungry by lunchtime. Sometimes, I’m so hungry that I have lunch at the canteen, and after
school, I buy a chocolate bar on my way home.

Chrissy: I always have breakfast in the morning: some cereal and tea. Then at school, I just have a
sandwich. I don’t have lunch at the school canteen because I don’t like the food there. After school I
go home, and my mum usually makes a late lunch for me around 2:00 pm.
