A group of senior BS Nursing students led the undersigned is currently undertaking a study
entitled “Distinctive symptoms of Depression during COVID-19 Pandemic among B.S.N.
Level III students of DMCCFI S.Y. 2021-2022” , as a partial fulfilment leading to the
degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The study seeks to explore the evaluation of nursing
students towards the transitioned-online courses during the COVID-19 pandemic in the
mentioned institution.

In line with this, we humbly request for the official number and list of enrolled nursing
students for the second semester, academic year 2021-2022, for the identification of the
