ORDER
Si. Maglesh Rajan M was promoted as Assistant Libraian Grade I with effect
fion 01/01/2007. The incumbent was inducted into UGC scheme as Assistant Librarian
wih effect from 08/10/2010 vide'the order read as paper (2) above and has completed six
years of service as Assistant Librarian on 31/122012 AN. Vide the paper read as (3)
above tie incumbent requested to place him in the next higher grade, Assistant Librarian
Senior Scale and submitued the self appraisal roport under Performance Based Appraisal
System methodology for career advancement scheme stipulated by the University Grants
Commission. The evaluation committce constituted as per UGC regulations cxamined the
self appraisal report submited by Sri. Maghesh Rajan Mand recommended to pl*s him
in the post of Assistant Librarian Senior Scale from the date of cligibility.
Sanction has therefore, been accorded by the Vice Chancellor to place
Sri.Maghcsh Rajan M, Assistant Librarian as Assistant Librarian Senior Scalc with cffcct
rom 01/01/2013 FN in the Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100+ AGP Rs.7000 under the
carcer advaneement scheme of UGC.
Orders are issued accordingly with the concuTence of Finance.
