Structure of School Organization

A school organization are structured with a unified leadership and a


defined/specific chain of command that determines how the information flows
between levels within the department.

School Member Assignments


Chairman of the Board (Chairman of the board): the final approved; the main head
for the school function

Board of Directors Educational planning; the one who make rules, function of
the departments, policies and controlling for budget and
finance.
School Administrator Executes the plan; the one who manage plan strategies
Principal Executes and implement the plan to achieve the main goal,
vision and mission of the school
Teacher The one who executes the implementation of the educational
plan. The one who teaches.
Staff Members Help the school function on day-to-day basis
Parents Assist students and responsible for providing the students
with materials to facilitate learning
Students To study, obey the school’s policies.
The product of the hard work.
