Respected Sir, My name is Deepumon Mathew Varughese. In 2003 | have enrolled myself to MBA program of MGU in Abu Dhabi, under your overseas centre “Our international” with Enrolment No- 03006FF102. Kindly note that after passing the university exam in 2005, | still have not received my Mark-list and Certificate. Please find below the details of the issue in chronological order that | am facing to obtain my MBA Mark- list & certificate from MG University Kottayam since 2005. You are very kindly requested to help and assist me to obtain the same at the earliest. In 2002, | have finished my B.Com from Guru Ghansidas University (GGU); Bilaspur — Chhattisgarh (Old Madhya Pradesh) under distance education program. Please know that academic syllabus for both regular and distance program are same and the exams till date are conducted together on the same time & date. In academic year 2003-04 | have enrolled myself to MBA program of MGU in Abu Dhabi, under their overseas centre “Our intemational” with Enrollment No- 03006FF102 At the time of admission at Our International; | have provided all the necessary documents pertaining to my graduation along with filled MGU forms and Fees as a part of admission process formality. MG University accepted my application and approved my admission to their MBA program under the enrollment no- 03006FF 102 In 2004, | was issued with University Hall Ticket with Register no -20102 to attend my 1st Year Exam. In early 2005, | was issued with Mark list of 1st year; and by the end of 2004-05 academic year | attended my final year exam. In Sept 2005, university declared the MBA results of students and | was informed by Our International / MGU that | have passed my exams but my MBA final year mark list & certificate is on hold due to some problem I was asked by our International to bring my B.com syllabus to produce to MGU for sorting my problem, which | did on the same time but could not get any other information after that nor any help or assistance for the same.
