Resolution No. 01 Series of 2022

A resolution on the Composition of School Pupil Government (SPT) Comelec
and their Duties and Responsibilities

WHEREAS, the following shall compose the Comelec for purpose of Election
of SPG Officers for S.Y. 2022-2023.

ROSEMARIE R. MINGOY
KARLA MAY M. BASAS

WHEREAS, the abovementioned teachers will be the Youth COMELEC

Commissioners.

WHEREAS, the SPG COMELEC shall have the following duties and
responsibilities:

 Conduct fair, honest, and systematic elections;

 Adhere to the Standard SPG/SSG Election Code;
 Accept or revoke candidacy;
 Proclaim the new set of SPG officers;
 Keep all pertinent election papers/documents;
 Decide on protests relative to the conduct and results of elections;
 Prepare and distribute the necessary election paraphernalia,
certificate of candidacy forms, and other election-related materials
before, during, and after the election; and
 Disqualify candidates who have violated any of the guidelines, which
have been promulgated.

WHEREFORE, be it;

Resolved, as it is hereby resolved to identify the composition of Comelec and

present their duties and responsibilities.
