ABSTRACT:

The purpose of the project “HEALTH CENTER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is to computerize the
Front Office Management of health centre to develop a software which is user friendly,
simple, fast, and cost – effective. It deals with the collection of patient’s information, doctor
information etc. Traditionally, it was done manually. The main function of the system is
register and store patient details and doctor details and retrieve these details as and when
required, and can add or delete or edit the details. All the details regarding health centres
nothing but a hospital, whether it is small or big, will be computerised. This Health Centre
Management System is designed for any health centers to replace their existing manual
paper-based system. The project Health Centre Management system can be entered using a
username and password. It is accessible by administrator. Admin can add or delete or edit
the details. The data can be retrieved easily. The data are well protected for personal use
and makes the data processing fast. The health center management system is an online
application which maintains the useful information regarding a health center nothing but a
hospital. Every single step is done with the help of a system.
