captioned post. Being an experienced senior professional, I offer expertise as a
transformative change leader, strategic business partner and operational manager.

Change is exciting – and my specialty is effecting change inside and outside,

positioning organization to improve profitability. I accept challenges in a high

Having experience in international trade, business, commercial and harmonized tariffs

in Power Sector. Tariff Petitions were presented before NEPRA. Final tariffs were
implemented country wide after approval from the Ministry of Water & Power.

However, the true value of my contribution is found in my leadership skills; by

ensuring that budgetary standards are achieved, instituting benchmarking,
streamlining operations and effectively managing evolution, I carefully balance risk
and reward. 

A lifelong learner, I’m a Fellow Chartered Accountant from Pakistan and Certified
Public Accountant  (CPA) from VA, USA having 27 years of post-qualification
experience in diversified organizations i.e., Banking, Power, Real Estate etc., as
Company Secretary , CFO and Member Board of public and listed companies. During
my carrier I have qualified number of Courses from abroad and within country.
