1. How do you cope up with stress?
- I cope up with my stress by doing my hubbies like playing games, watching movies, sleeping,
and going outside to hang-out with my friends, I also get on my bike and go to somewhere quiet
and get a fresh air to calm my mind after that I make myself a coffee and watch my favorite
shows, sometimes I also cook to release my stress that’s how I cope up with my stress.

2. What do you think are the reasons why most teenager’s experience stress? (Give 3 reasons)
- Most of the teenager’s experience stress because of financial problems and not being to buy
the things they want.
- school works one of the reason teenager’s get stressed lot of school works make us stay up
late and going to school with no sleep.
- failing exam is also stress teenager’s experience and when parents seeing the result we think
that they get angry and disappointed.

3. How do you manage your time as a college student?


- I manage my time as a college student by making schedules and sleep early to have enough
energy to go to school and hangout with my classmates after school I also need to finished my
activities to relax in weekends, I do my activities while listening to music and eating proper meal
and drinking enough water to stay hydrated.
