c. Our Employees
As we continue to grow, we seek focused, innovative and motivated individuals who share our vision. Being

are now interested in getting to know you further.
a. Research Beforehand
An important part of interview preparation is to take the time to analyze the position you have applied for.
Even though you may not know what to expect at the interview, you can make the best impression by being
aware of what can be expected.
b. Useful Tips
If this is your first time attending the Assessment Center, don’t be intimidated. Even though an in-person
interview can be stressful, with the right preparation, you can arrive feeling relaxed and confident.

Ask a friend or family member to run through a mock interview. Although it does not reflect the
actual interview, you can practice your technique and how to react to unexpected questions.
Practice role playing. At the Assessment Center, you may be asked to participate in a customer
service exercise where you will play the part of the employee and the Recruiter will take the role as
the customer. Practicing role playing questions with a friend or family member beforehand will
better prepare you to think on your feet.
c. Dress Code
Although we do not have definite guidelines, every interview is considered a business appointment. Dress
professionally, but comfortably. If you taking part in a skills test, such as test cooking, please bring appropriate
clothing and the tools needed to perform your tasks.
d. Be Punctual
Being on time is one of the most important factors. Please allow yourself enough travel time to get to the
