REFLECTION

I've learned a lot about this subject that I didn't know before, particularly
about playing "Larong Pinoy" and other traditional Filipino games. The act of playing
is crucial to human existence. Playing helps kids develop the physical, social, and
cognitive skills necessary for adult duties, which is a fantastic decision for their
healthy growth. The game reduces the demands and stresses of daily living for
grownups. Regardless of any physical restrictions, everyone is expected to
participate and give it their all. The culture's traditions and ideals have been
preserved in part thanks to Filipino games. Learning is frequently implemented
through activities that include imitation.

In this subject, I learned about the value of leisure activities in life. For me,
the value of leisure activities is that they significantly raise my quality of life and
enable me to strike a balance between the demands of my studies and my physical
and mental health. It undoubtedly assisted me in controlling my stress levels, gave
me a chance to take care of myself, and gave me a sense of equilibrium and self-
worth, all of which can help to lessen anxiety and melancholy. Participating in
recreational activities has made my life more enjoyable and given me the
opportunity to learn more about life. It has also helped me forge close relationships
with my family and friends.

My entire childhood was brought back to me by this lesson, and I was also
reminded of how much I missed playing different games with my family and friends
when I was younger. The most memorable and amazing experiences in my life were
when I was a youngster, and I have often desired that I would never grow old so that
I may continue to enjoy playing all of my favorite larong pinoy, particularly the
patintero. But because they help me develop and become a better person, the
memories are currently very important in my life. Our realization and memory can
help us learn very valuable life lessons, show off our skills and abilities, and perhaps
just make us happy and delighted.
