INSTRUCTIONS

a. Reporting Officers must read instructions :isled in relevant paragraphs of Guidelines for Completion of A.C.Rs.

b. For writing ·outstanding· ACR prior approval of an concerned must be obtained.

c. Ass,Jssment will be in comparison with others of equal appointment, services and comparable qualifications.

d. Ne part of the assessment by any reporting officer will be shown or communicated in writing to the Employee
reported upon except that in the case of an Adverse Report, complete assessment will be
so1own/communicated to the reported employee.

e. As an example , while evaluating an employee in the Distribution Wing, his performance in the fields of
t;ippings, line losses , revenue realization will be taken stock of. Similarly, the quality of maintenance of
Trllnsmission Lines and Grid Stations of a Power House in the case of generation etc., will be taken note of.

f. Assessment and the remarks which are accepted and considered as adverse by SRO may be underlined in
red ink .
