INSTRUCTIONS
1. Last date for receipt of Application Form is 26 September , 2022 and with late fee of Rs. 1000/- till 11 October, 2022.

2. Age between 12 and 14 years on 31 March 2023. Six months waiver to Hafiz-e-Qur’an.

3. At the time of submission of Application Form, candidate must be studying in 7th/ 8th class and not in 6th / 9th
class.

4. Written Test in Mathematics, English cum General Awareness and Urdu cum Islamiat will be held on
Sunday, 30 October, 2022 at Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan, Kohat, Peshawar, Swabi, Swat, Abbottabad,
Rawalpindi, Multan and Sialkot Centres. Overseas candidates can appear in Pakistan at any Centre mentioned in
the Application Form.

5. Application Form and photographs must be attested by the Principal / Head of School in which the candidate is
studying. Once the Date of Birth is recorded on the Application Form, it will NOT be changed / corrected.

6. Candidates studying in private schools, will submit attested copy of recognition of concerned school by
Education Department./ Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education.

7. Legal Guardian can sign the Application Form if father is dead or abroad.

8. Northern Backward Areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa include Dir, Chitral, Kohistan & Tor Ghar.
9. Armed Forces Personnel will provide a Certificate of Service from their Unit / Formation.

10. Additional Dues Scheme: Out of the 115 seats, the initial 87 seats fall under the ‘Talent Merit Scheme’ (dicounted
Admission Fee) while the following 28 seats in the order of merit are considered as “Additional Dues Scheme”
(Rs.3,50,000) only once at the time of enrolment).

11. AJ&K candidates can compete only for “Follow up Merit Scheme” Seats.
