from your own employing organisation to support your answer.

Evaluate the performance management system in an organisation that you are familiar with.
Use relevant theoretical concepts and examples to support your answer.

Use a relevant theoretical model and practical examples to discuss the causes of employee
absence, and consider different strategies employers may adopt to successfully manage
absence.
