Dear Ma’am/Sir:

Greetings of Peace!

We are happy to inform you that the priority project for the year 2022 onward of the Parish Pastoral
Council (PPC) of the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, Barangay Sarmiento, Parang,
Maguindanao would be the construction of the new Parish Church Building. This had been agreed
during the planning workshop of the PPC Core Group sometime in 2021 and approved by the Parish
Pastoral Council in one of the Council’s meeting on the same year. The proposed project is
estimated to cost about twenty million pesos (P25.0M). The PPC has decided to build a new church
building to accommodate the growing number of the parishioners. The existing church building is
about fifty (50) years old and has undergone various repairs and expansion. Moreover, the present
location is no longer feasible for expansion.

To realize the project, the PPC has been conducting various fund raising activities. However, given
the huge amount needed for the project, we need to ask help from generous benefactors.

In this connection, we would like to solicit from your benevolent heart to share an amount to support
our project. You may deposit your donations thru LBP (Land Bank of the Phil.).
